- Billed per message by category (marketing, utility, authentication) at Meta’s published rate plus a DialBots fee. Your workspace’s rate card shows the exact amounts.

Pricing questions
Is there a monthly fee or a minimum commitment?
No. You top up a prepaid wallet and calls are deducted per minute. There is no seat price and no platform fee.
How are calls rounded?
Calls are billed in 60-second increments, so a 61 second call is billed as 2 minutes.
How does GST work?
In India, top-up amounts exclude 18% GST. Your wallet is credited with the base amount, GST is added at checkout, and you get one tax invoice per top-up.
What can I do with the trial credit?
The ₹200 credit pays for test calls to your own verified phone number or from the browser. Campaigns and buying numbers unlock after your first top-up. A trial workspace has 2 lines; the first top-up raises that to 10.
What is the difference between Standard and Reasoning?
Standard gives the fastest replies and suits most calls. Reasoning thinks longer before it answers, which helps with complex rules and tool use but makes replies slightly slower.
Which currency do I pay in?
It is set by the country you choose when you create the workspace: India uses INR, every other country uses USD. A workspace has one wallet currency.
